Blackwork SAL 2020 - December

Welcome to the twelfth and final part of the 2020 Blackwork SAL! I'm sorry this last part is late - I always forget how long it takes to make these patterns - so much has to be hand drawn to add to the basic plus pattern I'd created before I had the idea to add more shapes as options. I do hope that you had fun stitching this year and hope to see you joining in with next year's Blackwork SAL!

Although I finished the stitching I wasn't able to get it fully finished as planned - one full side has been done as well as a good chunk of the second. I used DMC 469 for my final partial plus - it's the top right one. I then added a single line done with one thread as a sort of border as I liked the way it looked once I'd done the backstitched outline - then of course I had to do another backstitched outline for the finishing as I decided to make it into a pillow.
