Easy Christmas Cards SAL - January

Welcome to the first of the Easy Christmas Cards SAL! I'm running late again - sorry! This month to start things off I have stitched on perforated paper as it gives you lots of options of how to use it next. If you don't have perforated paper that's fine, just use fabric instead.

Friday Freebie: Blue Flowers

This week there is no SAL so I get to share something a little different! This week's pattern is put together using ten stitch square sections that can be added to as many (or as few) times as you like. Above you can see the 40 x 40 stitch pattern as given.

Friday(ish) Freebie: The Glorious 25th of May

I'm running a bit late today, if you are in a later time zone than I am (CET) then it's probably still Friday for you, otherwise it's definitely late. It is a tribute to Terry Pratchett's book Night Watch but also to Pterry himself as the 25th of May has also become a day when people wear lilac for Alzheimer's.

Easter Freebie 4: Mini Blackwork Box Pillow

Today is the last day of the Easter freebies, I hope you have enjoyed the patterns! Today's pattern is quite a large project for its small size - if you make the front, back and 4 side panels there is 451.27 inches of backstitching!

A late Friday Freebie: Belle Fob

This pattern was inspired by the Mucha princess patterns Pinky the Pink has made, this one uses the colours of Belle which you can find here (if it hasn't sold out yet as it's a limited edition pattern). Pinky's etsy shop can be found here with more princesses and much, much more!

Hello Monday!

It's not often that Monday brings good things, it brings the end of the weekend for most people, which means getting up at ugh o'clock if you are not fortunate enough to be an early bird, so I thought I'd brighten up the start of the week with something nice to embroider - not cross stitch this time but blackwork, using a traditional pattern worked in 3 bright greens which will brighten anyone's day!
