Advent Magical Mystery SAL 2020 - Final post and Back

Welcome to the final post of the Advent Magical Mystery SAL! I hope you like the end result of the mystery! Below you will find a pattern for an optional back with enough space to add your initials should you wish to do so, if you don't then you can just finish the bottom gold bar the same as the top one.

This is what mine looks like after stitching part four.

And here it is fully finished and hanging on my Christmas tree. I used TOHO TR-11-PF591 Permanent Finish Galvanized Golden Mustard seed beads for the finishing and some huge gold ish beads from a mix bead set for the tassel. I'm really happy with how it came out.

I do not expect anyone to be able to be up to date at all times during the SAL — you need to eat and sleep at the very least so expect to be “behind” part — if not all — of the time! It's part of the nature of this type of SAL for this to happen, so being “behind” is the normal state of affairs. If you are a slow stitcher expect to finish “after” the SAL has “finished” — though TBH the SAL is always available and new people find the patterns on a regular basis, so it's never really over.
