Welcome to the fourth week's post for my Jodyri Designs
Advent “box” and my Harry Potter Lego advent calendar. This year the
Jodyri Advent Box was paid for by donations while the Lego Advent
Calendar was given to me by my fiancé. In this post I'll be showing what
I got since my last post which I posted on the 20th of December. Spoilers after the “jump” if you are seeing this on the home page. The 20th of December brought the second half of the circle banquet table that was given on the eighteenth. Having joined them together they look like the picture above. The transparent bit at the front is a Clippy thing I used to angle it to show things better.
The Jodyri thread of the day is The December 2018 Limited Edition thread “Mulled Wine” a great thread to have a spare of!The 21st of December supplied a microphone and a music sheet stand — handy to go with the piano! It's always good to be able to be heard over the sound of a party!
The Jodyri thread of the day is another Advent Special “Advent Candles”.The 22nd of December brought the one minifig that was still missing from the party — Hermione — you couldn't have a Yule ball without her though her date being added in the next two days would be amazing!
The Jodyri thread of the day is yet another brand-new tie-dye! This time it's TD 050/. Stones! How awesome is that?!The 23rd of December brought a pile of gifts, including one that looks suspiciously like a gift wrapped broom! There is one for each house.
The Jodyri thread of the day is a lovely light pink/purple combination called “Pink Angelfish” it too is an Advent Special, and it coordinates really well with the thread from the 21st!It being Wednesday means there is also the next fabric to be opened and this time it's a fantastic grey with a hint of red, which really didn't photograph well. It's amazing in person ! It's an Advent Special called “Christmas Night Sky”.
The 24th of December is the last day of the Lego Advent, and it gave the Tri-Wizard Cup as the item of the day. Alas, no date for Hermione, but it wasn't a good end of the party for her so perhaps this is the end of the party not the happy beginning.
The Jodyri thread of the day is another Advent Special (so many this year!) “Apple Charlotte” a fantastic combination of two greens and a very light beige.
That's all for this week's Advent box things — I'll be back before too many days have passed with the Christmas Day things and a round up of all the things. I wanted to do them separately even though they do fall in the same calendar week as the rest.
I first started this blog due to "popular demand" for me to to share my cooking and quilting results in blog form as it was easier for friends and people who know me to see what I'm up to, especially compared to just an image hosting site. Now I blog because I enjoy sharing what I do and hope that I do in some way inspire people to try new things out as well.

More pretty things! I'm glad Hermione showed up and hope she's not too sad without Victor being there. I'm sure Ron appreciates his absence, though...
ReplyDeleteIndeed! Yes, I am too — it would have been strange not to have her in the Yule Ball dress! Yeah, jealousy is not a friend, so it is indeed kind of better that Victor is absent.
