2019/2020 NYE Mystery SAL - Part 12

Welcome to the twelfth part of the NYE Mystery SAL! I hope you are all having fun stitching - I know I am, though I'm a wee bit rushed as I also have to write the posts between stitching (yay for "great" organisational skills and poor health ha!). I'm currently only a few parts ahead of everyone else, and that will probably change by the time I manage to be awake enough to stitch tomorrow. So when I said a couple of posts ago that seeing other people's pictures was inspiring I meant it - it's helping me keep going!

This is what mine looks like after part eleven - so nice to have a Halloween theme going in December isn't it? Hehehe. Now all you have to do is wait and see what happens next...

Remember to check the information sheet on the pattern for pointers as to where new stitches are added and count carefully! Also don't forget which way is up - I forgot last Mystery SAL and had to do a bit of ripping...

Colours used this time

• Colour A (DMC 800 on the pattern)
• Colour E (DET C Blanc (white) on the pattern)

Number of stitches:

• 96 - in Colour A
• 32 - in Colour E

For a total of 128 stitches for this part - I'm sorry it's so many stitches this time - I must have miscalculated when splitting the pattern up.

I do not expect anyone to be able to be up to date at all times during the SAL - you need to eat and sleep at the very least so expect to be "behind" part - if not all - of the time! It's part of the nature of this type of SAL for this to happen, so being "behind" is the normal state of affairs. If you are a slow stitcher expect to finish "after" the SAL has "finished" - though tbh the SAL is always available and new people find the patterns on a regular basis so it's never really over.
