News: Update and More - November Edition

After the extra health issues earlier this year and getting far behind with far too many things I think I can say I'm more or less caught up with everything. In the end I sent a mass email with everyone as BCC to those of you who donated by PayPal and hadn't been emailed a reward yet. If you haven't received one yet please check your spam folder of the email listed with PayPal. If you still can't find it please let me know!

I'm planning on following the Dutch tradition of treating people on your birthday (no my fb birthday isn't my real one, I've had stalker issues in the past) so on Wednesday I'll be sending out an email with a new pattern to everyone who has supported me via Ko-Fi and PayPal since I made it possible. I can't thank you enough for the support, it means so much to me and has made it possible for me to do more than I expected over the past year.

I have finished giving all of the information posts for next year as well as most of the information posts for the mystery SALs that are still to come this year. There is just one more Mini Magical Mystery SAL information post to come - the eighteenth - and that will run till the NYE Mystery SAL starts.

In case you have missed any of the posts here is a roundup of what's new SAL wise for the remainder of this year and next in as far as there is a post made for it:

I'll make the announcement post for the Mini Magical Mystery SAL 18 about halfway into Mini Magical Mystery SAL 17 as per usual. I also have a second back pattern lined up, I'm not sure when I'll post it - "soon" is the most accurate thing to say about that.

Once Mini Magical Mystery SAL 18 has completed I'm going to stop doing them - at that point I'll have had three days off since I started doing the Mini Mystery SALs on the 16th of March. One in August between the Summer Mystery SAL and Mini Magical Mystery SAL 10, and I'll be taking Christmas Day and Boxing Day off as well. Despite all my health issues I have done every day without fail and I'm really starting to feel it, so in January I'll be taking things easier. It will be strange not doing the daily posts but it will be nice to have more stitching time for personal projects.

To give an idea of things: This month I'll have done 51 posts (I'm at 41 so far including this one and I have ten more to go) and I have 54 posts lined up for next month. For January I have sixteen SAL posts lined up, which includes the last posts of the NYE Mystery SAL. From February onwards I expect to do nine posts a month excluding any Mystery SALs I may do later in the year. I'll probably splat for half of January hehehe.

Now on to what I've been spending the donations on - this batch, all purchased from Jodyri Designs, is kindly supported by the donations this autumn.

 /.113 Titian's Palette
October Limited Edition 18ct Opal Aida and thread.
I used the Limited Edition fabric for my Autumn Mystery SAL - it arrived just as I was picking fabric and couldn't be a better fit!
November - Greek 18ct Opal Aida
November - Roman 18ct Opal Aida

And because all three fabrics are in the same colour family I made a photo of them together so you can see how different they really are.

As you can see your support has made it possible for me to do things I would otherwise have not been able to do - without your donations I wouldn't able to buy the monthly Jodyri Designs fabrics and threads - or the occasional extra things. My slow response time is not due to me being ungrateful but more a sign that I'm out of energy and just not able to do anything extra.

I shall continue to do what I can when I can on top of the posts that I'll keep going. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making it possible for me to keep buying my monthly subscription fabrics and more!

Have a wonderful Monday!

    1. You are very welcome! I have done a lot, and sometimes I wonder how I did/do it! It will be fun to bring out some of the other projects — and perhaps even write about it!
