Welcome
to the sixth of the 25 x 25 for 2019 patterns! This month I got to use two beautiful threads - I'll tell you a bit more about them below. I managed to stitch the pattern twice but didn't get round to finishing them into a biscornu.
And here are the two threads - at first glance they might even look like they come from the same skein but in actual fact they are not. On the left is Jodyri Designs "Sunset Hibiscus" an exclusive thread made for the TeamKLT vs TeamJodyri event that happened back in April. On the right is the July 2017 Limited Edition thread "Galaxy" which was recently added to the main thread line to replace "Desert DPM" so now you too can get this fabulous thread!
The fabric looks white in this image but it's actually a pale yellow. The fabric is Jodyri Designs
January 2017 Limited Edition "Year of the Rooster" 18ct Aida.
You can find the pattern here
Have a great weekend! I'll see you Tuesday for the next part of the Blackwork SAL.
I first started this blog due to "popular demand" for me to to share my cooking and quilting results in blog form as it was easier for friends and people who know me to see what I'm up to, especially compared to just an image hosting site. Now I blog because I enjoy sharing what I do and hope that I do in some way inspire people to try new things out as well.
