Just a quick update post so the curious can see how things are going - I'm not well with an evil cough/cold/sinus thingy so am not going outdoors to make photo's - this one is done by halogen light on my dining room table - crappy but you get the gist hehe. I'm about 1/6th of the way with the diamond grid in this image.
I first started this blog due to "popular demand" for me to to share my cooking and quilting results in blog form as it was easier for friends and people who know me to see what I'm up to, especially compared to just an image hosting site. Now I blog because I enjoy sharing what I do and hope that I do in some way inspire people to try new things out as well.

Looking good!! ^_^ Hope you feel better soon. :(
ReplyDeleteThanks :D
DeleteI've been good and spent a fair bit of time in bed sleeping :)
I love how this is turning out!
ReplyDeleteMe too! I just have the frustration of having almost run out of the main green thread (just 9 needlefull's left) and not being able to go out. Fortunately oldest goes to school near the scary sewing shop (so called as you get pounced on as soon as you walk in the door, not in a nice way but in the "we do this so you don't steal stuff" way) and he's prepared to get the thread after school tomorrow.
DeleteComing along nicely :)
ReplyDeleteIndeed it is :D
