I finished all I can do on the biggest fish of the project - just need to wait for tomorrow when I can go get the yellow I need so I can finish the empty spaces and finish the black back stitching that I can't do till the yellow is completed.
On to the next fish which is tiny compared to this one and "only" has 9 colours, one of which is ironically enough the yellow I need for this fish as well.
I first started this blog due to "popular demand" for me to to share my cooking and quilting results in blog form as it was easier for friends and people who know me to see what I'm up to, especially compared to just an image hosting site. Now I blog because I enjoy sharing what I do and hope that I do in some way inspire people to try new things out as well.

Lovely fish! What does the whole project look like?
ReplyDeleteThanks!
DeleteI'll add a scan of the magazine picture in my next update :) (should be in a short while actually)
Terrific looking fish.
ReplyDeleteThank you :) It's going to be even better once I've done the pale yellow bit I couldn't do earlier :)
DeleteYou weren't kidding when you said it was a big fish!
ReplyDeleteIndeed I wasn't!
