Weavers Tapestry Band Sampler SAL: Part 19

Welcome back for part 19 of the Weavers Tapestry Band Sampler SAL! Its new band week again! This time the challenge starts of picking what to use where when all you have to work on is my pointers as to what is what.
If all is well your embroidery will look something like this after you have stitched this week's pattern.
If you look closely you will see that I have done a few small things differently. First of all I did two extra stitches on each of the seed pods/flower buds as that made more sense as I won't then have to go back and do two stitches on each one later (you can do this too if you prefer!). Then I skipped a stitch in the halo/frill area as I'll do that one with the rest when I do that next week. Last of all I didn't do the bit in the central leaf area as I'll do that next week when I do the rest of that section of leaf so as to keep the flow of the thread going.

Now that I've used a bunch of terms let me show you what I'm talking about:
Click to enlarge so you can see it properly! I have colour coded the different ovals and remarks so that each section is a different colour.

You can find the black and white pattern here

and click join group. It may take some time for approval but not too long usually.
